Meet the Team!

	Anita Coppola Head of Service A special needs teacher, Anita was a founder member of Small Steps in 1998. She now manages the Service.
	Kate Brumfield Assistant Head of Service Kate is a Paediatric Physiotherapist and has worked extensively in the community and special schools. She joined the team in 2007.
	Eszter Boross Team Leader Eszter is a Hungarian trained Conductor/ teacher. She joined the team in 2004.
	Anthea Pell Senior Physiotherapist Team Member A senior Paediatric Physiotherapist, Anthea has been involved in Small Steps since it's inception in 1998.
	Cilu Vago Conductor Team Member Cilu is a Hungarian trained Conductor/ teacher. She joined Small Steps in 2008.
	Ruth Evans Administrator Ruth originally attended Small Steps with her son and then joined the team as an Administrator in 2002.
	Nicola Thackeray Finance & Personnel Officer Nicola is an experienced Administrator who worked at Greenmead School for many years. She joined Small Steps in 2007.
