Graduation Criteria

Children move on from Small Steps...

· When they turn 4 years old

or

· When they start at full time special school (or are offered a full time place)

or

· When it becomes apparent that the child’s primary need is not predominantly physical

or

· If a child is unable to attend regularly, or we are not notified of absence (circumstances allowing)

or

· When they are ready to move on for other reasons
